Job Description

1. Preparation of Monthly MIS Unit-wise / Division-wise / Function-wise 2. Review of Collection Data / Receivable Tracking 3. Filing and Computation of Income Tax for TDS recovery of employees 4. Filing / Payment of monthly / quarterly obligations of TDS / PF / ESI / PT / GST and Reconciliation with Books of Accounts 5. Preparation of Annual Operating Plan (AOP) (Budget Plan) 6. Monthly Variance Report for Income & Expenses Tracking 7. Review General ledgers and monthly financial reports. 8. Preparation of Financial reports of the Unit, divisions and discussions with the stake holders for business decision making. 9. Participate in Quarterly and Annual Audits (Internal & External) 10. Effective Management of Accounts Payable & Payment processing 11. Implementation of Financial Controls for Effective Cost Control 12. Maintenance of Fixed Asset Register and Physical Verification of Assets 13. Inventory Management & implementing periodical stock audit 14. Inter-Unit & Inter-Division Reconciliations
