Deputy Executive Director - Study abroad

We’re looking for an experienced leader to head our Study Abroad division

• Lead and scale the Study Abroad vertical.
• Oversee counselling, applications, admissions & visas end-to-end.
• Build and manage a high-performing team.
• Maintain strong university & partner relationships.
• Drive conversions, improve approval rates, and ensure quality processes.
• Collaborate with marketing to grow the division.
• Track performance metrics and report to leadership.

• 5–10+ years in Study Abroad / Overseas Education.
• Strong knowledge of admissions & visa procedures.
• Team leadership experience.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage operations independently.
