Deputy Engineer (HVAC)

INTRODUCTION

Since 2012 Tru Prime Pvt. Ltd. has operated Punjab’s largest 2000 head dairy farm, mostly HF, at Majara about 32km from and 8 km from Ahmedgarh.

The company now seeks to diversify into growing chamber multi-tier organic mushroom cultivation using captive cow manure and paddy straw as the principal substrate components.

The venture will consist of multiple growing chambers cultivating a variety of mushrooms, including button, oyster, paddy straw and shiitake using internally generated spawn and industry leading practices.

The company will also develop and cultivate medicinal mushrooms.

Spent mushroom substrate (SMS) will be processed in an accompanying vermicomposting facility.

Production is expected to start in JAN 2026 with 2 growing chambers of 800-meter-square growing area each.

By end of 2026 there will be 10 growing chambers, rising to 30 by end 2027 and 70 by end 2028.

The company will service both domestic and international markets, with exports dominating from year 3.

Company products will be both packaged / branded and bulk for institutional customers.

The company will develop partner farms with the supply of turnkey facilities and inoculated substrate and the buyback of SMS and bulk mushrooms.

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Deputy Engineer HVAC to manage design, installation, and maintenance of HVAC systems. The role involves ensuring reliable temperature and humidity control across hydroponics facilities and supporting sustainable, high-efficiency operations.

Key Responsibilities

* Design, implement, and maintain HVAC systems for controlled environments.

* Ensure optimal temperature and humidity levels for crop growth.

* Oversee preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of HVAC systems.

* Operate and manage pumps, filtration systems, and RO plants for climate and water quality control.

* Interpret and implement mechanical/HVAC drawings as per specifications.

* Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams for HVAC project execution.

* Ensure compliance with safety standards, energy efficiency, and environmental regulations.

Key Skills & Competencies

* Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and climate control technologies.

* Hands-on expertise in temperature and humidity management.

* Familiarity with pumps, filtration systems, and RO plants.

* Ability to read and execute HVAC and mechanical design drawings.

* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

* Effective communication and teamwork abilities.

Qualification & Experience

* Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, or HVAC Engineering.

* 3–6 years of experience in HVAC system design, operation, and maintenance.
