Job Title

Maintenance Engineer

Key Responsibilities

Perform regular and breakdown maintenance of
injection molding machines
and auxiliary equipment (e.g., MTC, HRTC Dryer, MGO open/close systems, drying systems).
Maintain and troubleshoot
RO Plant
,
STP process
, and associated utility systems.
Handle
control panel design
,
utilities testing
, and
PLC programming
.
Monitor and improve
MTTR (Mean Time To Repair)
and
MTBF (Mean Time Between Failures)
metrics.
Implement
Kaizen
, suggestions, and improvement initiatives on the shop floor.
Maintain documentation and ensure timely reporting of maintenance activities.
Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
