Engineer- Maint (HPDC M/c). Machine Maintenance (HPDC) Electrical Position - Engineer Tasks and Responsibilities 1. Monitor machine defined parameter on daily basis. 2. Do the Electrical preventive & Predictive Maintenance as schedule. (HPDC Machine maintenance). 3. Ensure adherence to SOPs when maintenance of machines is carried out. 4. Handover machines to production after ensuring all maintenance activities are completed as per SOPs and within the defined service level agreement (SLA) 5. Ensure breakdowns are addressed as per defined SLAs. Able to work in SAP. 6. Record data of machine and plant performance on regular basis, i.e., water consumption, electricity consumption among others. 7. Carry out installations of new equipment as per defined SOPs. 8. Report to A.M./Sr. Engineer for any B/d or abnormality more than 1 Hr. 9. Ensure and monitor maintenance workshop adherence to 5s and initiate Kaizen projects to bring in process efficiencies 10. Ensure safety practices and equipment are adhered to, on the job, in maintenance department 11. Ensure development of subordinates in the essential skills required to perform the job 12. Monitor subordinate performance and provide constructive feedback regularly to direct reporting subordinates and ensure their development 13. Monitor spare part inventory & record the same. 14. Data recording and maintaining for IATF16949:1600, EHS 45001:2018 15. Sustain all the safety interlocks in the plant. 16. Work on energy conservation program. 17. Awareness of Hazard Identification & Risk Assessment with opportunities of Improvement to reduce the risk of Hazards. 18. Awareness of Identifying the Significant Aspect & Impact along with opportunities of Improvement to reduce the Impact of Significant aspects. 19. Awareness of Safety Audit and follow up for the improvement activities. 20. Monitoring and maintaining all the safety interlocks in the plant. 21.
