1Sound Knowledge of Operating CMM- CARL ZEISS (CONTURA G-2), CONTOUR,Rooughness Tester,UTM,SPECTRO, machine as per std. Schedule
2Knowledge of Plastic , Casting, Machining Process.
3Adherence to the Customer Specific Requirement.
4Responsible for the inspection & maintain Raw Material inhouse Sample of Heat.
5Responsible for Maintain & update M.S.A & SPC per Schedule.
6Responsible for inspection of Gauges (receving gauge)as per CAD data/ Drg.
7Monitoringand Review of Layout inspection report of brought out parts BOP- Casting / Plastic / Sheet Metal
8Sound Knowledge ofG.D &T
9Responsible for Continual improvement with respect to Quality and Environment
10Ensure deployment of 5 S Safety on shop floor to promote safe work environment
11Giving Training to Subordinates regarding system & inspection of new components
12Monitor the Subordinate Performance and provide the Constructive feedback to direct reporting subordinates and ensure their development
13To Establish, maintain and improveProcess / system for bring higher reliability
14New Model development & Quality Establishment
