Reporting to: QA - HEAD 1 Sound Knowledge of Operating CMM- CARL ZEISS (CONTURA G-2), CONTOUR,Rooughness Tester,UTM,SPECTRO, machine as per std. Schedule 2 Knowledge of Plastic , Casting, Machining Process. 3 Adherence to the Customer Specific Requirement. 4 Responsible for the inspection & maintain Raw Material inhouse Sample of Heat. 5 Responsible for Maintain & update M.S.A & SPC per Schedule. 6 Responsible for inspection of Gauges (receving gauge) as per CAD data/ Drg. 7 Monitoring and Review of Layout inspection report of brought out parts BOP- Casting / Plastic / Sheet Metal 8 Sound Knowledge of G.D &T 9 Responsible for Continual improvement with respect to Quality and Environment 10 Ensure deployment of 5 S Safety on shop floor to promote safe work environment 11 Giving Training to Subordinates regarding system & inspection of new components 12 Monitor the Subordinate Performance and provide the Constructive feedback to direct reporting subordinates and ensure their development 13 To Establish, maintain and improve Process / system for bring higher reliability 14 New Model development & Quality Establishment Professional Skills as required for specific Job 1 Decision on Product Non conformities 2 Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written 3 Flexible and open to changes and able to manage multiple task in restricted time frames 4 Technical sense to optimize technical skill Social Skills as required for specific Job 1 Good interpersonal skills. 2 Should be presentable. 3 Be able to take critical decision and handle stress 4 Team leader, persuasive and innovative
