Job Title : Assistant / Deputy Engineer - Electrical Maintenance Job Description : We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer to manage and maintain injection molding machines , auxiliary systems , and utility infrastructure . The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in control panel design, PLC programming , and preventive/predictive/breakdown maintenance . Key Responsibilities : Perform regular and breakdown maintenance of injection molding machines and auxiliary equipment (e.g., MTC, HRTC Dryer, MGO open/close systems, drying systems). Maintain and troubleshoot RO Plant , STP process , and associated utility systems. Handle control panel design , utilities testing , and PLC programming . Monitor and improve MTTR (Mean Time To Repair) and MTBF (Mean Time Between Failures) metrics. Implement Kaizen , suggestions, and improvement initiatives on the shop floor. Maintain documentation and ensure timely reporting of maintenance activities. Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards. Must-Have Skills : Control Panel Design Injection Molding Machines Utilities Testing (RO, STP, etc.) Preventive, Predictive & Breakdown Maintenance PLC Programming MTTR & MTBF Analysis Kaizen and Continuous Improvement
