About the role In this role, you will be instrumental in helping the secretarial office run smoothly. You’ll need to ensure that our company complies with financial and legal requirements, and maintain high standards of corporate governance. You also need to have a thorough understanding of the laws that affect your areas of work so that you are equipped to provide appropriate legal advice whenever needed. What You will do Overseeing the CS team & ensuring compliance with Companies Act, 2013. Ability to independently draft agenda, minutes, compile and maintain secretarial records, company law and Reserve bank filings, supporting internal and statutory audit. Ensure policies, regulatory, or statutory changes that might affect the organization are up to date and approved by the committee. Maintain statutory books, including registers of members, directors, and secretaries. Ensure compliance with Shareholders Agreement. E-filing of necessary forms and returns before the regulatory authorities. Maintenance of ROC and RBI files and records. Implement processes or systems to ensure good management of the organization. Intimation to RBI about inward remittances and outward remittances and transfer of ownership and control of Companies, if any. What you will need 8-10 years of experience Strong analytical, organizational, communication and interpersonal skills. Banking experience shall be preferred Good Investor and Shareholder communication skills. Consultative approach while advising on the matters.
