Deputy Chief Technology Officer

As a Deputy CTO at Aaizel Tech, you will play a crucial role in driving innovation and ensuring technical excellence across diverse projects. Your responsibilities will include: - **Technical Leadership & Collaboration**: - Provide direct assistance to the CTO in evaluating, planning, and executing technology strategies. - Leverage your multi-domain expertise to support diverse projects, ensuring technical excellence across teams. - Lead technical discussions, architecture reviews, and troubleshooting sessions across multiple technology stacks. - **Solution Architecture & System Design**: - Contribute to designing robust, scalable solutions that integrate multiple technologies. - Collaborate in developing and refining technical roadmaps and architecture blueprints. - Assess and recommend new technologies, frameworks, and best practices to improve product performance and security. - **Hardware Integration & Testing**: - Possess practical knowledge of hardware integration, system interfacing, and device-level testing. - Work closely with engineering and software teams to ensure smooth data flow, interoperability, and reliable performance between hardware modules and software platforms. - **Problem Solving & Innovation**: - Diagnose and resolve critical technical issues across software development, cloud infrastructure, security, and other domains. - Drive innovation by identifying opportunities for automation, process improvements, and technology enhancements. - Mentor and guide technical teams to foster a culture of continuous learning and high performance. - **Domain Expertise Integration**: - Utilize your expertise in multiple domains to support and optimize solutions. - Work closely with domain-specific teams to ensure integration and alignment of technical strategies across projects. - Establish and enforce technical standards and best practices within your areas of expertise. In addition to the above responsibilities, the ideal candidate should have: - 10+ years of hands-on experience in technical leadership or an advanced technical role. - A Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related technical field. - Proven expertise in at least 5-6 technical areas, including Software Development, AI/ML, Cybersecurity, Geospatial, Cloud Infrastructure, Embedded Systems, Blockchain, or System Architecture. - Proficiency in multiple programming languages and frameworks. - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage complex technical challenges. - Excellent communication and leadership skills for presenting technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Proven ability to work in cross-functional teams and mentor junior technical staff.
