Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Deputy/Assistant Medical Superintendent at Mohandai Oswal Hospital, located in Ludhiana. The Deputy/Assistant Medical Superintendent will oversee daily clinical operations, coordinate with various departments to ensure the smooth functioning of the hospital, and assist in policy formation. Responsibilities include managing patient care services, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, and facilitating communication between medical staff and administration.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and management skills
• Experience in hospital administration and healthcare management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of hospital regulations and healthcare compliance
• Ability to work collaboratively with medical and administrative staff
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• MBBS and MD or equivalent degree in Hospital Administration
• Previous experience in a similar role is beneficial
