Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Implement, configure, and support NetSuite SCM modules, including Procurement, Inventory, Order Management, and Demand Planning.
• Work with clients to gather and document business requirements, particularly for supply chain and operations functions.
• Map client SCM processes to NetSuite functionality and recommend best practices.
• Assist in data migration, testing, and validation for SCM-related modules.
• Configure workflows, approvals, and reporting specific to supply chain needs.
• Support integrations of NetSuite SCM with third-party applications (logistics, procurement tools, etc.
• Provide end-user training and post-implementation support for SCM modules.
• Collaborate with technical consultants, developers, and project managers to deliver successful implementations.
• Stay updated with NetSuite SCM releases and enhancements, and proactively suggest improvements.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3 to 4 years of hands-on experience as a NetSuite SCM Functional Consultant.
• Strong knowledge of SCM-related modules : Procurement, Inventory, Order Management, Supply Chain Planning.
• Experience in requirement gathering, solution design, and functional documentation.
• Ability to analyze business processes and implement NetSuite best practices.
• Strong communication and client-facing skills.
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently and within a team.
• NetSuite Certification (Functional or SCM specialization) is a plus.
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to industries like BFSI, Retail, or Manufacturing using NetSuite.
• Knowledge of SuiteFlow (workflows), reporting, and dashboard customization.
• Familiarity with integrations (RESTlets, SOAP APIs, logistics platforms).
