You should have 6 - 8 years of experience in Oracle CRM as a Functional Consultant. The position is based in Hyderabad, although you have the flexibility to work from anywhere in India. Your expertise should include a strong background in Service Contracts, Teleservices, Field Services, Mobile Field Services, Depot Repair, and Incentive Compensation within Oracle CRM and ERP. Specifically, you should have at least 8 years of experience in Oracle CRM and ERP, with a focus on Oracle CRM Foundation and related modules. Ideally, you should have hands-on experience in Oracle CRM R12 implementation and an advantage would be experience in upgrading from 11i to R12. Experience in Fusion cloud will be considered a plus. It is desirable that you have worked on R12 CRM Support projects and have knowledge of Oracle Marketing, Sales, and Order Management modules. As a Functional Consultant, you should be capable of working independently and possess excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders.,

As an experienced Depot MEP expert, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance on rolling stock design coordination, testing, and certification. Your role will involve developing and reviewing technical specifications and standards for rolling stock procurement and depot mechanical works. Supervising and coordinating depot mechanical activities such as routine maintenance, overhauls, inspections, and repairs will be a key part of your responsibilities. Collaboration with engineering, operations, and maintenance teams is essential to ensure optimal performance and lifecycle management of rolling stock assets. You will conduct inspections, audits, and risk assessments on rolling stock equipment and depot operations to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. Analyzing failure modes and recommending corrective actions to enhance reliability, safety, and depot efficiency will be crucial aspects of your role. Your expertise will be utilized in supporting troubleshooting and problem resolution related to rolling stock systems and components. Additionally, you will play a role in training and mentoring technical staff and stakeholders on rolling stock and depot mechanical best practices. Participation in project planning, including new rolling stock acquisition, upgrade programs, and depot facility improvements, will also be part of your responsibilities. With a minimum qualification of GRADUATE DIPLOMA and 10-15 years of experience, you will be a valuable asset in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of rolling stock assets and depot mechanical activities.,

Implementation and support experience as a Business Analyst on Oracle Applications EBS v12.2.6 or higher, including OBIEE reporting Implementation and RICE Customization of Oracle Applications R12 Strong experience with Oracle Applications modules such as AR, AP, GL, OM, iStore, Inventory, Purchasing, Installed Base, Teleservice, iSupport, Advanced Scheduler, Field Service, Mobile Field Service, Depot Repair, Service Contracts, Spares Management, and CRM Common Applications Experience helping business users exploit E-Business full capabilities to meet the needs of the business. Knowledge of OBI and EBS reporting Knowledge of writing SQL statements and troubleshooting PL/SQL Experience with managing and setup of concurrent requests and schedules Strong communication skills and ability to build positive, professional, and productive business relationships with internal and external clients. Ability to create ad hoc SQL queries and SQL reports across many Oracle EBS modules, based on user or audit requirement Familiarity with Oracle Financial modules Knowledge on Grants Accounting and eAM Module is an added advantage Experience in database programming using Oracle 19c/21c databases. Expertise in SQL, PL/SQL, Packages, Functions, Procedures, Triggers, Views, Indexes & Performance tuning etc. Sound knowledge in using Oracle APIs for interfaces to Oracle Financials and AOL/Sys- Admin components.
