Job Description

Responsibilities:

Handle application deployments and release management across environments
Manage and configure IIS servers and tomcat for hosting and maintaining web applications
Monitor application performance and availability, ensuring minimal downtime
Work with Azure DevOps pipelines for build, deployment, and release automation
Maintain and manage MySQL databases, including backup, restore, and optimization
Troubleshoot and resolve application, database, and infrastructure-related issues
Coordinate with development and QA teams for deployment readiness and post-release validation
Ensure system and database security, including applying updates and patches
Document deployment procedures, system changes, and troubleshooting steps for internal reference

Skills & Qualifications:

2-3 years of hands-on experience in application support and deployment operations
Strong knowledge of IIS configuration and tomcat configuration deployment processes, and troubleshooting
Experience in Azure pipelines and CI/CD automation
Working knowledge of MySQL including backups, restores, and performance tuning
Familiarity with Windows and Linux environments
Understanding of release management, system monitoring, and incident resolution
Good communication and documentation skills with an ability to work in 24/7 rotational shifts
