Job Description

Role Overview:

Executive/Associate Deployment

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate deployment activities for new telecom sites including tower erection, equipment installation, and commissioning.
Ensure timely execution of deployment plans in alignment with project schedules.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including planning, procurement, and operations.
Monitor vendor performance and ensure adherence to quality and safety standards.
Maintain accurate documentation of deployment progress, issues, and resolutions.
Conduct site audits and ensure compliance with telecom regulatory norms.
Support troubleshooting and provide technical assistance during deployment.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelors degree in Engineering (Telecom, Electronics, Civil, or related field).
24 years of experience in telecom infrastructure deployment.
Strong understanding of telecom site build processes and equipment.
Proficiency in MS Office and project tracking tools.
Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple sites and work under tight deadlines.
