Roles and Responsibilities

Develops strategic plans for departmental operations, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
Oversees daily activities of the department to ensure efficient use of resources and personnel.
Provides technical guidance to faculty members on curriculum development, research projects, and academic programs.
Fosters a collaborative environment by promoting teamwork among staff members and encouraging open communication.
Ensures compliance with university policies, regulations, and standards.

Desired Candidate Profile

Ph.D/Doctorate degree in relevant field (Aeronautical Engineering, Automobile, Aerospace).
Minimum 15-20 years of experience in teaching or research related to aeronautics/aerospace/automobiles.
Strong leadership skills with ability to manage teams effectively.
Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with colleagues from diverse backgrounds.
