Department Head Mathematics

As the Department Head of Mathematics based in Secunderabad, Telangana, your primary responsibility will be to lead the Mathematics Department and uphold academic excellence. You will be required to design curriculum and teaching strategies aligned with ICSE standards, mentor and train subject teachers for delivering high-quality lessons, conduct assessments, analyze student performance, and implement necessary improvements. Additionally, you will collaborate with school leadership to establish department goals and policies. To excel in this role, you must demonstrate proven leadership experience in school/college-level Mathematics, possess strong communication and organizational skills, and have proficiency in English, with familiarity in the ICSE curriculum being preferred. This is a full-time, permanent position that requires a minimum of 10 years of experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership role. The ideal candidate should hold a Master of Science (M.Sc) degree along with a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) qualification.
