Department Head Mathematics

As the Department Head of Mathematics, your role involves leading the Mathematics Department to ensure academic excellence. You will be responsible for designing curriculum and teaching strategies in alignment with ICSE standards. Your duties also include mentoring and training subject teachers to deliver high-quality lessons, conducting assessments, analyzing student performance, and implementing necessary improvements. Additionally, you will collaborate with school leadership to establish department goals and policies. Qualifications Required: - Minimum of 10 years of experience in school/college-level Mathematics, with at least 2 years in a leadership role. - M.Sc and B.Ed qualifications. - Strong communication and organizational skills. - Proficiency in English, with a preference for familiarity with the ICSE curriculum.
