DEO (Data Entry Operator)

You will be joining KIDS Hospital as a detail-oriented and efficient Data Entry Operator in the hospital administration team. Your primary responsibility will involve accurately entering, updating, and maintaining patient records, reports, and billing information within the hospital information system (HIS). It is preferred that you have prior experience in a hospital or healthcare setting. Your key responsibilities will include accurately entering patient data, test results, and medical records into the HIS, maintaining the confidentiality and integrity of sensitive medical data, performing regular data quality checks, generating reports as required by clinical and administrative departments, coordinating with doctors, nurses, and lab technicians for data validation, and providing support to front office or billing operations if necessary. To qualify for this position, you should have a minimum qualification of +2 or Graduate in any stream, proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and data entry software, a typing speed of 60-80 WPM with high accuracy, prior experience in a hospital/healthcare setup (an advantage), good communication and organizational skills, and familiarity with medical terminology being desirable. This is a full-time job located in Bhubaneswar, Odisha, within the Healthcare/Hospital industry. The benefits include paid sick time, paid time off, and Provident Fund.
