As a Clinical Coordinator at Mahaveer Hospital, your primary responsibility will be to grow the doctor referral network and increase patient inflow through hospital marketing, healthcare business development, and field sales. You will be required to make daily field visits to meet 10-12 doctors, clinics, and healthcare professionals, build and maintain strong referral relationships, promote hospital services in the assigned territory, and support campaigns to boost patient visits and brand awareness. It is essential that you have a Master's degree, fluency in English, Hindi, and Marathi languages, and be willing to travel 50% of the time.
