Job Title: Dental Receptionist (Full-Time)

We are a child-friendly dental practice committed to providing excellent patient care and creating a warm, welcoming environment for families. We are looking for a dedicated and friendly Dental Receptionist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet patients warmly and create a pleasant front-office experience
• Handle patient enquiries in person, over the phone, and via messages
• Manage appointments, scheduling, and follow-ups efficiently
• Maintain patient records and update daily appointments
• Coordinate billing, payments, and issue receipts/invoices
• Manage insurance documentation and coordinate with TPA (if applicable)
• Assist in patient flow and maintain reception cleanliness
• Support the clinical team with daily administrative tasks

Requirements

• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
• Strong patient-handling abilities, especially with children
• Basic computer skills (Dental software knowledge is an advantage)
• Good organizational & multitasking skills
• Professional, courteous, and punctual
• Fluency in English & Tamil required (Hindi is a plus)
• Previous dental/medical receptionist experience preferred, but not mandatory
