Shift Timing: Night Shift – 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM
Working Days: Monday to Friday (5 Days/Week)
Experience Required: 3 to 7 years in Dental EV (Eligibility Verification) – Voice Process

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Dental EV Team Leader to manage and lead our Eligibility Verification team. The ideal candidate should have strong domain knowledge in dental insurance, end-to-end Dental RCM, and voice-based EV processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the Dental Eligibility Verification (EV) team efficiently.
• Oversee daily operations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in verification activities.
• Train, mentor, and monitor team performance to achieve set KPIs and quality standards.
• Handle escalations and provide resolution for complex EV cases.
• Coordinate with internal teams to streamline processes and improve workflow.
• Ensure compliance with dental insurance guidelines and client requirements.
• Utilize tools like Open Dental and other dental software effectively.
• Report daily/weekly performance to management and suggest process improvements.

Required Skills:

• In-depth knowledge of dental insurance and eligibility verification processes.
• Strong understanding of the complete dental RCM lifecycle.
• Hands-on experience with Open Dental software or similar platforms.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to guide and motivate the team.
• Ability to manage shift operations and team performance independently.
