Dental Assistant/Receptionist

Job Responsibilities:*

- *Assist in Dental Procedures:* Prepare and assist the dentist during various dental procedures (such as cleaning, fillings, extractions, root canals, etc.).

- *Sterilization & Infection Control:* Ensure that all dental instruments are sterilized and maintain a clean and organized workspace. Follow infection control protocols as per clinic standards.

- *Patient Care:* Prepare patients for treatment, ensuring their comfort and addressing any concerns or questions. Assist in educating patients about post-treatment care.

- *Record Keeping:* Maintain accurate patient records and update dental charts before and after each appointment. Assist in the administration of patient medical histories.

- *Inventory Management:* Monitor dental supplies, keep stock of materials, and inform management of any shortages. Ensure that the clinic is well-equipped at all times.

- *Administrative Support:* Assist with appointment scheduling, patient check-ins, and phone calls. Perform clerical duties like managing patient files and assisting with billing and insurance documentation.

*Requirements:*

- *Qualification:* Minimum qualification of a SSC/HSC passed or relevant medical field.

- *Experience:* Prior experience as a Dental Assistant is preferred but freshers are welcome to apply.

- *Skills:*

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Knowledge of dental procedures, sterilization techniques, and equipment.

- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

*Working Hours:*

- Tuesday to Sunday (10:00 AM to 8:00 PM)

- Occasional evening or weekend shifts may be required.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
