Job Description

  • Prepare and cook dishes from the Continental menu (salads, grills, sauces, pastas, etc.) to the restaurant’s standards.
  • Assist the Chef de Partie and Sous Chef in daily kitchen operations.
  • Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization in your section at all times.
  • Ensure all mise en place is ready before service.
  • Check quality and freshness of ingredients and report shortages.
  • Follow portion control and cost management procedures.
  • Maintain food safety and sanitation standards (FSSAI / HACCP guidelines).
  • Train and support commis and new team members when required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
