Demi Chef de Partie - Tandoor

We are looking for a talented Demi Chef de Partie (Tandoor) to join our dynamic culinary team and deliver exceptional dining experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook a variety of tandoor dishes with consistency and high quality
• Ensure proper marination, grilling, roasting, and baking in clay tandoor ovens
• Maintain hygiene, safety, and food quality standards at all times
• Assist the CDP and Sous Chef in daily kitchen operations
• Monitor ingredient stocks and assist in ordering
• Contribute to new menu ideas and seasonal specials
• Train and guide Commis chefs when required

Requirements

• Proven experience in Tandoor section in a hotel or reputed restaurant
• Strong knowledge of Indian spices, marinades, and tandoor operations
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Excellent teamwork, time management, and discipline
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and festival days

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹29,000.00 per month
