Role Description

-This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Associate located in Jabalpur.

-The Account Associate will be responsible for managing client accounts, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring client satisfaction. -The role involves regular interaction with clients, analyzing financial data, and offering tailored financial advice.

-The Demat Account Associate will also support in developing long-term client relationships by understanding their financial needs and goals.

Qualifications

• Strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication skills
• Excellent Analytical Skills for financial data assessment
• Proficiency in Customer Service and Account Management
• Ability to work effectively on-site in Jabalpur
• Previous experience in the financial sector is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field
