About the Role

Educational Qualification: B. Tech/B. E from reputed college with experience in Demand Planning, and Inventory Management

Responsibilities

• 3-6 years of Experience in Supply Chain Planning – Strong Focus on Demand Planning, Forecasting, Supply Planning, S&OP, and Inventory Management preferably in Automotive, Industrial, Aero Industries
• Strong experience in SAP IBP for execution of Sales and Operations Planning, Demand Forecasting, Inventory Optimization, Supply and Production Planning
• Strong understanding of business from supply chain perspective – Balance Demand and Supply, Respond to Supply Chain Disruptions, and Manage Stakeholders across Business Functions
• Exposure to Global Environment and capability to manage stakeholders across different parts of the world
• Own Supply Chain KPI Targets for markets and business functions assigned to the planner and achieve the minimum threshold consistently
• Identify the opportunities for business improvement and work with stakeholders for improvements in business/system process(es) execution
• Publishes the reports, presentations and dashboards for business users and respond to ad hoc requests in a time bound manner
• Participate in Supply Chain improvement projects and take ownership of the tasks/scope assigned for successful execution

Qualifications

Mandatory Skills:

• Supply Chain Planning Knowledge – Demand Planning, and Inventory Management (Must Have Demand Planning and Forecasting Skills)
• SAP IBP (System Execution Capabilities) as a Planner/User
• Global Exposure with strong communication and presentation skills
• Problem Solving and Stakeholder Management in Global Environment
• Strong Capability in MS Excel
• Strong Industry Knowledge preferably from Automotive, Spares, Industrial/Aero
