Job Description

As a Demand Planner at Capgemini, you will play a crucial role in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting complex data sets to drive informed business decisions. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading S&OP meetings and managing baseline forecasts - Finalizing consensus demand plans - Driving stakeholder meetings to address forecast deviations and related challenges - Integrating market data to monitor and report essential changes to forecasts, strategies, and budgets - Organizing and preparing data, analyzing sales data for accurate future demand forecasts Your profile should include: - High proficiency in Excel and MS Office - Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau and Power BI - Understanding of Advanced Planning Optimizers such as Kinaxis, SAP APO, O9, E2Open, Oracle, JDA as an end user - Expertise in handling ERPs like SAP, BAAN, Oracle, Infor XA, MS Dynamics AX as an end user - 6 to 9 years of relevant experience At Capgemini, you will appreciate the significance of flexible work arrangements to maintain a healthy work-life balance.
