About the Role

Demand Planning Lead

Key Responsibilities

Develop and manage demand forecasts using historical data, market trends, and business insights.
Collaborate with sales, marketing, and supply chain teams to align demand planning with business goals.
Monitor forecast accuracy and implement corrective actions to improve performance.
Analyze inventory levels and recommend strategies to minimize stock-outs and excess inventory.
Utilize advanced planning tools and ERP systems for data-driven decision-making.
Prepare regular reports and dashboards for senior management on demand trends and KPIs.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
5+ years of experience in demand planning, forecasting, or supply chain management.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and demand planning tools (SAP/APO, Oracle, etc.).
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work in flexible shifts and manage cross-functional teams effectively.
