Demand Planner

As a Supply Chain Manager in our company, your role will involve ensuring availability at the point of sale for regulated markets. You will be responsible for analysing data to identify various scenarios and business opportunities. Your key responsibilities will include: - Managing FG inventory at all levels according to norms. - Planning requirements generation and working in coordination with Supply planning teams to level the requirements as per supply constraints to address sales continuity. - Resolving supply constraints by exploring alternatives for supply and batch size changes in collaboration with supply planning and manufacturing teams. - Reviewing confirmed manufacturing plans and identifying reasons impacting finished goods availability. - Conducting MPRM, campus S&OP, E-S&OP, and S&OP forums. - Holding review meetings with business leads on critical project statuses. - Keeping markets informed about supply situations for monthly and short/medium-term ranges. - Participating in marketing review meetings, addressing concerns related to forecasting variations, non-moving inventories, and budget trends.
