About the Role

Sales Development Representative (SDR)

As a SDR, you will play a critical role in generating qualified leads, engaging decision-makers (CXOs, VPs, Directors), and contributing directly to revenue growth.

Location: Noida (Work From Office)

Shift Timing:

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Qualification:

    Identify, prospect, and qualify leads across the US region using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and ZohoCRM.
  • Cold-Calling

  • Outbound Outreach:

    Develop multi-touch outbound campaigns (emails, calls, LinkedIn messaging) targeting enterprise accounts.
  • Account Research:

    Conduct deep account mapping and research to personalize outreach and identify business pain points.
  • Pipeline Development:

    Schedule high-quality meetings and demos for the sales team, ensuring consistent pipeline growth.
  • Collaboration:

    Work closely with Marketing and Account Executives to optimize messaging, targeting, and lead handoff.
  • Metrics & Reporting:

    Track outreach metrics (open rates, response rates, meetings booked) and maintain CRM hygiene.
  • Market Expertise:

    Stay updated on US market trends, competitive landscape, and customer personas.
  • Mentorship:

    Support junior SDRs with guidance on prospecting and outreach strategies.

Requirements

  • 48 years of proven experience as an SDR or BDR, preferably in the

    US enterprise B2B SaaS/Analytics/Technology

    industry.
  • Strong understanding of

    US business culture and time zones

    , with a track record of success in cold outreach.
  • Proficiency in tools like Salesforce/ZohoCRM/Hubspot, Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, or similar.
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
  • Ability to create personalized, value-driven messaging for CXO-level prospects.
  • Experience in handling

    mid-market to enterprise accounts

    with complex sales cycles.
  • Data-driven mindset with strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in AI, Analytics, Data Engineering, or SaaS

    solution selling

  • Experience in Cold Calling and targeting Senior Executives
  • Familiarity with account prospecting techniques.
  • History of meeting or exceeding SDR quotas consistently
