Role Overview: As a Demand Generation Specialist with 2-3 years of experience in IT services and consulting, your primary responsibility will be to execute demand generation strategies to drive awareness, engagement, and lead conversion. You will play a crucial role in identifying and qualifying potential leads through cold calling, implementing email marketing campaigns, collaborating with sales and marketing teams, and analyzing campaign performance metrics. Additionally, you will be required to maintain and update the CRM system with lead information and actively participate in team meetings to discuss campaign progress and results. Key Responsibilities: - Execute demand generation strategies to drive awareness, engagement, and conversion of leads. - Conduct cold calling to identify and qualify potential leads. - Develop and implement email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and convert them into customers. - Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create compelling messaging and content for demand generation activities. - Track and analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize future campaigns. - Maintain and update the CRM system with lead information and activities. - Participate in regular team meetings to discuss campaign progress and results. Qualifications Required: - 2-3 years of experience in demand generation, with a focus on IT services and consulting. - Proven experience in cold calling and generating leads. - Strong proficiency in email marketing tools and CRM systems. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. - Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
