Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Demand Generation Specialist / Inside Sales Representative, based in Bengaluru with the flexibility to work from home for part of the time. Responsibilities include generating leads, managing client accounts, driving customer satisfaction, and supporting customer service initiatives. The role also entails active engagement in identifying potential customers and creating strategies to build relationships with prospects, with a focus on achieving sales goals and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Researching, identifying, and engaging potential clients in the APAC (India) markets.
  • Generating and qualifying leads through outbound prospecting (email, LinkedIn, calls) and inbound channels.
  • Educating prospects on Applogika products and solutions.
  • Scheduling discovery meetings and demos for the sales team.
  • Maintaining accurate CRM records of leads, opportunities, and interactions.
  • Collaborating closely with the Business Development and Product teams to refine messaging and outreach strategies.
  • Meeting or exceeding weekly and monthly lead generation and pipeline targets.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 01 years of experience in business development, lead generation, or inside sales (preferably in IT, SaaS, or AI/tech services).
  • Proven skills in Inside Sales, Account Management, and Lead Generation
  • Experience in providing excellent Customer Service and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain relationships with clients
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with teams in a hybrid work environment
  • Masters or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Familiarity with AWS and AI/technology-based services is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (both written and verbal).
  • Strong research, prospecting, and negotiation skills.
