Role Overview: As a Costpoint Support and Administration Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the Costpoint and Deltek Time & Expense (TE) systems. Your key responsibilities will include: Key Responsibilities: - Prepare and maintain documentation, such as requirements, specifications, process flows, and procedures, ensuring compliance with DCAA, audit, and security practices. - Establish and set up project codes to facilitate efficient project management. - Collaborate with Database and System Administrators and technical Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, investigate errors, and analyze server logs. - Lead the evaluation, escalation, and resolution of defects with the Costpoint and T&E vendor (Deltek). - Configure and maintain the Costpoint System Admin Module to optimize system performance. - Conduct regular health checks to ensure the integrity and efficiency of the systems. - Develop training materials and provide training on various Costpoint modules to users. - Work with the user community to devise and execute test plans, including unit, system, and interface testing. Qualifications Required: - 5-8 years of hands-on experience in Costpoint support and administration. - 2+ years of experience with Costpoint Extensibility and Data Migration. - Strong analytical skills to translate functional requirements into application solutions. - Proficiency in Excel and MS Office. - Experience in partnering with internal departments and supporting cross-functional teams. - Ability to work in a deadline-oriented environment and adapt to changing priorities. - Strong understanding of cloud and SaaS platform-based company operations. - Excellent written communication skills for preparing design specs, test scripts, and requirements documents.
