Role Description

This is a part-time /contractual hybrid or full remote role for a Delphi Programmer. The Delphi expert will be responsible for developing and maintaining software applications using Delphi, performing object-oriented programming, working with databases, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions. Additionally, the role involves troubleshooting, debugging software issues, and ensuring the scalability and performance of applications.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Legacy Delphi programming and experience in software development
• Understanding of software architecture and knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles
• Experience working with databases, including designing, developing, and querying databases
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills in older code
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment and collaborate effectively with remote and on-site teams
• Experience developing enterprise applications
• Strong communication skills
• Legacy Delphi expertise

• Experience with monolithic apps + refactoring

• Comfortable working alongside existing team
