Job Title: Delivery Partner – Kolkata Job Type: Full-time / Part-time Location: Kolkata (Multiple areas including Barrackpore, Barasat, Dumdum, Sodepur, and nearby zones) Job Description: We are looking for reliable and responsible Delivery Partners to join our operations team in Kolkata. The role involves picking up and delivering orders safely and on time while ensuring excellent customer experience. Key Responsibilities: Pick up and deliver orders from designated store to customer locations. Ensure timely and accurate delivery following assigned routes. Communicate effectively with the store and support team in case of any delays or issues. Use the delivery app for live status updates and proof of delivery. Maintain vehicle hygiene and basic upkeep. Requirements: Age: 18 years or above Must own a smartphone (Android with internet access) Must own a two-wheeler with valid driving license and RC Aadhaar and PAN card mandatory Basic communication in Hindi/Bengali preferred Prior experience with Swiggy, Zomato, Zepto, or Blinkit is an advantage but not essential Pay & Benefits: Earnings: ₹25,000 – ₹45,000 per month (depending on shift and performance) Weekly payouts Incentives and bonuses for high delivery performance Fuel and mobile allowance Flexible work hours (Full-time and Part-time available) Insurance benefits Why Join Us: Flexible earning opportunities based on your schedule Timely payments and transparent incentive structure Onboarding support and quick verification process
