What are we looking for? ?¢UI/UX Design?¢Visual Design?¢Any Degree/Diploma (10+2+3)/ Bachelors in Engineering/ Technology in Computer Science/Electrical/Electronics (B.E./ B.Tech/ BCA/ BSc)?¢?¢Min. 7-8 years of experience?¢Min. 3-4 years of experience managing a team/multiple projects?¢Proficient in and/or knowledge of relevant software packages i.e. Photoshop and Illustrator, InDesign?¢Exceptional leadership skills, Communications skills & Client Management skills?¢Knowledge on any CMS, Website publishing, Hosting?¢Strong customer service, team development, problem solving skills and adaptability to changing environments?¢Certifications ?? Digital Marketing

Roles and Responsibilities: ?¢In this role you are required to do analysis and solving of moderately complex problems?¢ Typically creates new solutions, leveraging and, where needed, adapting existing methods and procedures?¢ The person requires understanding of the strategic direction set by senior management as it relates to team goals?¢ Primary upward interaction is with direct supervisor or team leads?¢ Generally interacts with peers and/or management levels at a client and/or within Accenture?¢ The person should require minimal guidance when determining methods and procedures on new assignments?¢ Decisions often impact the team in which they reside and occasionally impact other teams?¢ Individual would manage medium-small sized teams and/or work efforts (if in an individual contributor role) at a client or within Accenture?¢ Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts?¢Design mobile, desktop and device specific experiences that are delightful and engaging.?¢Develop user interface design concepts and wireframes, usage scenarios, style guidelines, and other UX/UI design documents as necessary to communicate the user experience of our products?¢Collaborate with other designers to design, prototype, and deliver new interaction models and experiences basis client requirements?¢Develop expert-level knowledge of the industry and bring new ideas to the team?¢Facilitate and contribute to the creation, adoption and improvement of design ??patterns?? and guidelines and their consistent deployment across various projects?¢Create prototypes for websites and mobile apps?¢Contribute to user experience planning and development?¢Research interaction design & technology trends?¢Participate in design review sessions with project teams, acquiring consensus and getting approvals on designs and documentation?¢Take a day-to-day management role of the designers assigned as direct reports?¢Mentor all design team members and encourage their growth and creative development
