Job Description

As a Senior Delivery Manager at UST in Trivandrum, you will lead and manage both on-site and virtual teams effectively across diverse geographies. Your role will involve driving end-to-end Delivery Management with a strong technical expertise in Wintel, Storage, Network, and SD-WAN technologies. You will be responsible for managing multi-technology teams across various service lines and technical towers, showcasing your demonstrated experience in RFP solutioning, large-scale operations, and third-party service integrations. Your proficiency in ITIL, Agile, and SRE frameworks with hands-on knowledge of service management and incident resolution processes will be crucial. Having a deep understanding of the BFSI domain with extensive experience supporting NBFC clients will be an essential part of your responsibilities. You will demonstrate a proven ability to handle PAN-India accounts, ensuring consistent service excellence, while also showcasing a solid grasp of enterprise security products and related best practices. Your strong financial acumen with knowledge of P&L, EBITDA, and budgetary controls will play a key role in your success in this role. Your excellent customer-facing skills with a focus on building long-term strategic relationships will be highly valued, along with your capabilities in managing escalations, driving incident resolution, and ensuring SLA adherence. You will be skilled in people management, team mentorship, and performance evaluations, while also demonstrating strategic resource planning and prioritization to meet dynamic business needs. A proactive attitude with a strong problem-solving mindset will be essential, as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills to influence stakeholders at all levels. You will also be well-versed in change management and continuous improvement initiatives, proficient in MS Office Suite and project management tools (e.g., MS Project), and exhibit strong organizational and leadership capabilities. Your ability to coach and develop junior team members will be crucial in driving success in this role. Skills required for this position include expertise in Wintel, Storage, Network, ITIL, Agile, and NBFC customer experience, as well as service management.
