Role

We are seeking an accomplished Delivery Manager to lead the successful implementation and delivery of Tradelab's mission

critical trading technology solutions to enterprise clients. You will be responsible for managing the complete delivery life-cycle

from project planning and resource allocation to client on-boarding and post-deployment supportensuring that our OMS,

RMS, trading terminals, and wallet solutions are deployed on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

? Manage end-to-end delivery of Tradelab's product implementations including trading terminals, OMS, RMS, exchange

connectivity platforms, and crypto wallet solutions

? Lead cross-functional delivery teams including developers, QA engineers, architects, and support personnel to execute complex

deployment projects

? Define project scope, timelines, resource requirements, and risk mitigation strategies in collaboration with clients and internal

stakeholders

? Serve as the primary point of contact for enterprise clients during implementation, ensuring clear communication and

expectation management

? Coordinate technical integration activities with client IT teams, exchanges, clearing systems, and third-party vendors

? Oversee UAT planning and execution, ensuring comprehensive testing of trading workflows, risk controls, and compliance

requirements

? Monitor project health through KPIs and metrics, proactively identifying and resolving bottlenecks and risks

? Manage change requests and scope variations while maintaining project profitability and client satisfaction

? Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize delivery processes and methodologies

? Ensure adherence to regulatory and compliance requirements during system deployments

Skills & Experience

? 6-10 years of experience in project/delivery management, with a proven track record of successfully delivering enterprise

software solutions

? Prior experience in the Fin-tech or Capital Markets industry is mandatory

? Strong understanding of trading systems architecture, order management, risk management, and exchange connectivity

? Expertise in agile and waterfall project management methodologies with relevant certifications (PMP, Scrum Master, SAFe)

? Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with competing priorities and dependencies

? Excellent stakeholder management skills with experience handling C-level client interactions

? Strong technical acumen to understand system architectures, integration requirements, and deployment complexities

? Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, MS Project, or similar platforms

? Outstanding communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills

? Experience managing geographically distributed teams and working in fast-paced, dynamic environments

? Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus
