Job Description

Key Responsibilities Assist in the mise-en-place (prep work) of gravies, marinades, and ingredients. Cook items on the tandoor and flat tops as per standards. Portion and plate dishes accurately. Ensure proper cleaning of equipment and storage of ingredients post-shift. Follow recipes and SOPs strictly. Required Skills Hands-on experience in tandoor operations and Indian kitchen work. Basic understanding of spice handling, marination, and grilling techniques. Ability to take directions and work independently when required. Educational Requirements A qualification in Hotel Management (diploma or degree) is mandatory.
