Delivery Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Relationship Management:

    • Act as the primary point of contact for clients within the BFSI sector.
    • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, understanding their business goals and challenges.
    • Identify opportunities for expanding services and solutions to meet client needs.
  • Project Delivery & Coordination:

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (development, delivery) to ensure project requirements are clearly understood and effectively executed.
    • Monitor project progress, address any issues proactively, and ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
    • Serve as a bridge between clients and internal teams, facilitating communication and ensuring client expectations are met or exceeded.
    • Understand clients evolving needs and foster opportunities for account expansion.
  • Proactive Solutioning & Proposal Development:

    • Prepare and present proactive proposals tailored to client needs, demonstrating strategic value and innovative solutions.
    • Leverage industry insights to craft compelling proposals that align with clients' business objectives.
  • Team Collaboration & Development:

    • Work closely with technical teams, and other stakeholders to align efforts and deliver successful outcomes.
    • Facilitate knowledge sharing and continuous learning within the team to enhance service quality.
    • Anticipate client challenges and proactively suggest new ideas, technologies, or process improvements to add value.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelors degree in business, Finance, Information Technology, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
  • 15+ years Proven experience in client relationship management, delivery management within the BFSI domain.
  • Ability to lead large team in ODC set up , someone who has grown from technical developer role to this would be of high value
  • Demonstrated success in developing and presenting proactive proposals to clients.
  • In-depth understanding of BFSI industry dynamics, regulations, and technology trends.
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Solution-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills
