Delivery Manager

The incumbent for the position of Delivery Manager will be an experienced leader with a proven capability in leading multiple teams and contributing to overall organizational goal attainment. You should possess extremely strong communication and influencing skills and be familiar with industry's best practices in terms of Technology, Process, and Governance. Collaboration with internal stakeholders along with the right attitude and flexibility to adopt is key, as well as the ability to work in partnership. In this role, you will drive portfolio performance, focusing on pushing capabilities forward, anticipating customer needs, and innovating to improve delivery excellence, account size, and profitability. You should have 15+ years of experience in the IT Industry, preferably in the service-based IT industry, with 10 years of proven capabilities in strategic project management and leading mid to large service-oriented teams to drive profitability, customer success, and people success. Proven experience in leading Agile, DevOps, technology, and digitization automation-driven projects is essential. Strong Ecommerce domain knowledge, particularly with Indian clients, is preferred. Demonstrating strong delivery and technology excellence is crucial, along with a deep understanding of the business value to be delivered to clients with the appropriate cost/quality balance. You should have collaborated closely with Pre-sales for new logos and solutions, ensuring financing, efficiency, and more. Being accountable for Revenue targets, maintaining good Gross Margin, delivering ROI & BVR on Automation, and possessing a good understanding of Test automation solution and implementation are key requirements.
