As the IT Infrastructure Senior Delivery Manager at UST, your role involves overseeing end-to-end global service delivery for key Infrastructure domains such as Datacenter, Cloud, Network, Workplace, and IT Operations. Your responsibilities encompass a mix of operational leadership, financial management, stakeholder engagement, and business growth initiatives to ensure delivery excellence and client satisfaction while driving cost optimization and business development. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead global Infrastructure delivery operations across multiple accounts and service lines. - Oversee delivery for Cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP), Datacenter, Network, Security, and Workplace services. - Ensure SLA compliance, governance adherence, and continuous service improvement. - Manage transitions, steady-state operations, transformation programs, and service modernization initiatives. **Financial & Cost Management:** - Own the P&L for Infrastructure delivery operations and drive overall profitability. - Develop budgets, forecasts, and cost models aligned with account and organizational goals. - Improve resource utilization and reduce operational costs while maintaining delivery quality. **Stakeholder & People Management:** - Build and nurture strong relationships with global clients, internal stakeholders, and delivery teams. - Collaborate with business, pre-sales, and account leadership to align delivery outcomes with client expectations. - Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing global delivery organization. **Business Development:** - Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts in partnership with sales and account teams. - Support proposal creation, solution presentations, and RFP responses. - Drive revenue growth through proactive engagement, upselling, and cross-selling of infrastructure services. - Represent the organization in client meetings, governance forums, and business reviews. **Qualifications Required:** - 20+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure delivery and operations within an IT services environment. - Proven experience leading large-scale, multi-location delivery teams (500+ FTEs preferred). - Strong domain knowledge across Datacenter, Cloud, Network, Security, and End-User Computing. - Demonstrated experience in financial management with full P&L accountability. - Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership capabilities. - Experience in business growth, pre-sales engagement, and client expansion activities. - Understanding of ITIL processes, automation initiatives, and service transformation. **Education & Certifications:** - Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields. - Preferred: ITIL Expert, PMP, and/or Cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, GCP).
