Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end delivery of multiple projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and timelines.
Monitor progress, address roadblocks, and ensure timely project completion with high quality.
Manage detailed delivery plans, including milestones, dependencies, and risk mitigation strategies.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, design, and operations, to ensure cohesive execution.
Foster an environment of collaboration and accountability across teams.
Possess a strong understanding of technical delivery, development methodologies, and team structures.
Work closely with engineers to translate business needs into technical requirements.
Proactively identify risks and challenges that may impact delivery timelines or outcomes.
Communicate issues to senior leadership with actionable recommendations for resolution.
Conduct post-delivery reviews to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement.
Ensure timely updates of deployment schedules and communicate any changes to stakeholders.
Maintain and regularly update release notes to provide accurate information about new features, enhancements, and fixes.
Actively contribute to development where necessary and help guide and mentor junior resources.

Qualifications:

Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
5+ years of experience in project or delivery management, with at least 3+ years in technical roles.
Proven experience delivering complex projects in an Agile environment.
Strong understanding of software development principles and lifecycle.
Experience working with AWS, Python, and mobile app development frameworks.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on collaboration and stakeholder management.
Project Management Professional (PMP), ITIL, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications (e.g., ScrumMaster) are highly desirable.

Must have requirements:

Experience in the fintech industry or financial services is a strong asset.
Experience with native mobile app development (Flutter - Android/iOS).
Knowledge of state management in Flutter applications.
Familiarity with continuous integration and deployment processes.
Published apps on Google Play Store and/or Apple App Store .
