Job Description

As a Delivery Lead Associate Director at Accenture, you will play a crucial role in driving strategic and operational change initiatives within our Trust and Safety account. Your responsibilities will include ensuring smooth implementation of process, system, and cultural changes, as well as enabling sustained adoption of new ways of working. You will serve as a single point of contact for senior leadership internal and client-facing interactions, providing industry shaping ideas and thought leadership in the realm of trust and safety processes. Your key responsibilities will involve identifying spam content to provide genuine search results, assisting victims in removing explicit videos/photographs from global sites, and addressing ad blocking through enhancing ad experiences across the web. You will review websites, product listings, and merchant center accounts to ensure compliance with Google Shopping policies and quality standards. Additionally, you will review web pages and tag the landing page based on the content for relevant audience display. To excel in this role, you should possess thought leadership, the ability to establish strong client relationships, and excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills. Your expertise in corporate planning, strategic planning, and change management execution will be vital in developing and implementing tailored change management strategies for the Trust and Safety account. You will conduct impact analyses, define change plans, and lead process optimization and innovation efforts to enhance operational efficiency and quality. Furthermore, you will be responsible for risk management and resilience building by identifying risks associated with change initiatives and developing mitigation strategies. Your role will also involve developing comprehensive communication plans, delivering training programs, and establishing feedback mechanisms to measure the effectiveness of communication and training efforts. Additionally, you will define metrics to assess the success of change initiatives and provide regular updates and reports to leadership and stakeholders on progress and outcomes. To qualify for this role, you should have a graduation degree with at least 15 to 17 years of supervisor experience, excellent oral and written communication skills, and proven experience in managing large-scale change initiatives within a fast-paced environment. Certification in change management and project management methodologies would be advantageous. Please note that this role may require working in rotational shifts and moderate travel to Accenture and client offices depending on project involvement. You should be adaptable, proactive, and capable of working under pressure to meet deadlines and solve urgent matters efficiently. Your ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment and communicate effectively across all management levels will be essential for success in this role.,
