As a Delivery Manager -US Staffing you will have the following responsibilities:
Manage, Mentor and Drive the Recruitment Team
Work with the team and increase their performance, by improving their skills and motivation
Client and Account management
Achieve performance and revenue targets
Meet submission, closure and other operations targets
Oversee the US IT recruitment process, ensuring compliance with industry best practices and client requirements.
Ensure the delivery of high-quality IT staffing services that meet or exceed client expectations.
Utilize project management methodologies and tools to manage client engagements and ensure timely delivery.
Analyze and optimize delivery processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and addressing their needs.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track team performance and identify areas for improvement.
