Delivery Head - Software Services

As the Director / Delivery Head - Software Development Services at Flexsin Technologies, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of software development and delivery operations. Your role will involve overseeing performance based on established KPIs, driving continuous improvements, and ensuring cost-effectiveness. The ideal candidate for this position should have prior experience as a Technical Architect. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee Delivery and Operations - Manage Client Relationships across different regions - Develop and define Software Application Architecture Standards - Collaborate with the delivery team to create POCs for Go-To-Market strategies - Lead Presales, Solution Design, and Proposal Development - Identify and implement new technologies (Web, Mobile, Cloud) to maintain a competitive edge - Manage Profit & Loss for the software development delivery team - Strategize with stakeholders and be actively involved in decision-making - Develop and execute strategies for domain focus and Center of Excellence (CoE) initiatives - Accountable for the growth of the technical team across Microsoft, Mobility, Open Source, and other relevant technologies In addition to the key responsibilities, you will also be required to: - Develop and articulate a clear technology strategy aligned with the organization's business objectives and growth plans - Identify opportunities for technology-driven innovation and develop a roadmap for implementing new technologies - Lead and mentor a team of technology professionals, including software developers, engineers, data scientists, and IT specialists - Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning within the technology team - Oversee the design, development, and deployment of technology solutions to enhance software development and customer engagement - Manage the profit and loss of the delivery team, develop and manage the technology budget, and ensure optimal resource allocation - Identify and mitigate technology-related risks that could impact operations, data integrity, or reputation - Communicate technology strategies, initiatives, and progress to executive leadership, board members, and other stakeholders Qualifications: - Masters or Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field - MBA or business-related degree is a plus - Proven experience (typically 15+ years) in technology leadership roles, preferably within the publishing industry or related sectors - Demonstrated success in implementing technology strategies driving innovation and operational excellence - Expertise in software development methodologies, cloud technologies, cybersecurity, and data management - Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills - Strategic thinking, problem-solving ability, and a track record of effective decision-making - Familiarity with industry compliance standards and regulations related to data privacy and security,
