Must Have:

• Strong Java Background

• 7+ years experience building teams in India for modern software application developments for US-based organizations (Should have done it at least 2 times)

• Focus: Delivery-focused role

• Sales Involvement: Experience with sales in the US

• Location Focus: India will serve as the Centre of Excellence

• FinTech domain preferred

• 20+ years of total experience
• 7+ years experience building teams in India for modern software application developments for US-based organizations (Should have done it at least 2 times)
• Experience working in smaller, entrepreneurial organizations in the last 10 years
• Ability to attract, retain and manage senior and high performing software engineering talent and back office talent
• Strong ability to set up processes, track KPIs and build consistent cultures
• Strong operations experience with P&L understanding
• Strong executive presence and client facing personality
• Excellent judgment and creative problem-solving skills including conflict-resolution, client management, and negotiation (MSA/SOWs)
• Knowledge of the job market, supply of talent and competitive positioning for local and national resources
