• 10+ years in software delivery and project management
• Proven

  Agile / Scrum leadership

  in multi-disciplinary teams
• Strong experience in

  building custom software for business process automation

• Deep familiarity with at least two of these domains:

  Real Estate

  (lease lifecycle, property ops, valuation, asset workflows)

  Manufacturing

  (inventory, QA/QC, shopfloor ops, demand planning)

  Oil & Gas

  (well lifecycle data, compliance, reporting systems)

  Construction

  (project tracking, contractor billing, approvals)
• Knowledge of:
• SDLC, Jira, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions
• Agile tools (Kanban boards, story point tracking)
• UAT coordination, production rollout, and release documentation
• SaaS product and mobile/web delivery (preferred)

Preferred Qualifications

• B.E./B.Tech/MCA; PMP or CSM certification preferred
• Strong business acumen and communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to deliver under pressure and multitask
• Experience in AI/ML-driven project delivery or AI-enhanced software a plus
