Delivery Executive

Job Title: Delivery Executive Location: Portea Medical, Usman Road, T Nagar, Chennai. Company: Portea Medical Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary: We are looking for a responsible and reliable Delivery Executive to distribute products promptly to our customers. You will represent our company in a professional and cost-effective manner, aiming to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty. Key Responsibilities: Deliver packages to customers in a timely and safe manner Follow assigned routes and time schedules Load, unload, prepare, inspect, and operate delivery vehicles Collect payments or obtain customer signatures as needed Communicate with customers professionally and handle delivery-related queries Ensure proper handling and documentation of goods Maintain delivery logs and reports Follow company safety and operational guidelines Requirements: Proven experience as a delivery driver or similar role preferred Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (2-wheeler, depending on requirement) Own vehicle (if applicable) with valid insurance and documents Good knowledge of the local area/route navigation Strong customer service skills Physically fit and able to lift packages if required Smartphone with GPS and communication apps Educational Qualification: Minimum 12th pass.
